EXPLANATORY NOTE

On December 4, 2020, Full House Resorts, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to report the appointment of Michael A. Hartmeier to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company, effective December 3, 2020.

At the time of filing, the Board had not yet determined on which committees Mr. Hartmeier would be appointed to serve. This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed to provide this information.

Effective December 9, 2020, Mr. Hartmeier was appointed to serve on each of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.
