BlackBerry Limited (NYSE: BB) 46% HIGHER; Today, Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS), an Amazon.com, Inc. company (NASDAQ: AMZN), and BlackBerry Limited (NYSE: BB, TSX: BB), a worldwide leader in intelligent security software and services, announced a multi-year, global agreement to develop and market BlackBerry's Intelligent Vehicle Data Platform, IVY. BlackBerry IVY is a scalable, cloud-connected software platform that will allow automakers to provide a consistent and secure way to read vehicle sensor data, normalize it, and create actionable insights from that data both locally in the vehicle and in the cloud. Automakers can use this information to create responsive in-vehicle services that enhance driver and passenger experiences.

Moderna Inc. (NASDAQ: MRNA) 14.4% HIGHER; adds to 20% intr-day after the FDA announced it has scheduled a meeting of its Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) on Dec. 17 to discuss the request for emergency use authorization (EUA) for a COVID-19 vaccine from Moderna Inc. (NASDAQ: MRNA).

China Automotive Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAAS) 13.9% HIGHER; adds to 174% intra-day gain Monday after it announced that it shipped approximately 120,000 units from its portfolio of electric power steering products for use in Chinese electric vehicles during 2020.

Kohl's (NYSE: KSS) 10.8% HIGHER; Kohl's and Sephora today announced a long-term strategic partnership to create a new era of elevated Beauty at Kohl's, marrying Kohl's expansive customer reach and omnichannel convenience with Sephora's prestige service, product selection and exceptional beauty experience.

Whole Earth Brands Inc. (NASDAQ: FREE) 8.6% HIGHER; Cantor Fitzgerald initiates coverage with an Overweight rating and a price target of $23.00.

CF Finance Acquisition Corp. II (Nasdaq: CFII) 7.7% HIGHER; View, Inc. and CF Finance Acquisition Corp. II (Nasdaq: CFII), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald, today announced they have entered into a definitive merger agreement. The combined company will be called View, Inc. and will be publicly listed on the NASDAQ market following the close of the transaction.

NuCana plc (NASDAQ: NCNA) 7.5% HIGHER; announced that the final results of the Phase Ib study of Acelarin plus cisplatin for patients with advanced biliary tract cancer (ABC-08) have been published online ahead of print in The Oncologist. Encouraging interim data had previously been reported and the final data confirm the high objective response rate and favorable safety profile of Acelarin plus cisplatin in this patient population.

Shift4 Payments, Inc. (NYSE: FOUR) 6.7% LOWER; announced that certain selling stockholders of Shift4 intend to offer 8,000,000 shares of Shift4’s Class A common stock for sale in an underwritten public offering (the “Secondary Offering”). The selling stockholders also intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of Shift4’s Class A common stock.

Virgin Galactic Holdings (NYSE: SPCE) 6.2% HIGHER; awarded a contract by NASA for flight and integration services

Sunnova Energy International Inc. (NYSE: NOVA) 6% LOWER; launched an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of Sunnova’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, which consists of 3,500,000 shares of common stock offered by Sunnova and 3,500,000 shares of common stock offered by a fund affiliated with Newlight Partners.

Zoom (NASDAQ: ZM) 5.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.99, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $777.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $693.95 million. Zoom sees Q4 2021 EPS of $0.77-$0.79, versus the consensus of $0.66. Zoom sees Q4 2021 revenue of $806-811 million, versus the consensus of $730.1 million.

Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) 5% HIGHER; S&P 500 to add at full float-adjusted market cap weight.

Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTLA) 4.5% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of $150 million of shares of its common stock. Intellia also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional fifteen percent (15%) of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering. All of the shares in the proposed offering are to be sold by Intellia.

PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL) 2.6% HIGHER; Mizuho Securities raised the price target to $290.00 per share from the prior $270.00 after Mizuho PayPal Bitcoin user survey showed positive results.

SOC Telemed (NASDAQ: TLMD) 2.2% HIGHER; Baird initiates coverage with an Outperform rating and a price target of $12.00.

NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO) 2% HIGHER; delivered 5,291 vehicles in November, upgraded at Goldman Sachs

FedEx (NYSE: FDX) 1.9% HIGHER; Barclays upgraded from Equalweight to Overweight with a price target of $360.00.
