We were unable to file our quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, within the prescribed period because we were unable to timely complete and verify our financial statements.

We recently discontinued our operations. We did not have revenue from continuing operations for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019; however, we had revenue from discontinued operations of $0 and approximately $2.9 million for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, with corresponding cost of revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, of $0 and approximately $2.8 million, respectively.
