SmileDirectClub (SDC) Misses Q4 EPS by 16c, Offers FY Guidance

SmileDirectClub (NASDAQ: SDC) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.25), $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $197 million versus the consensus estimate of $199.93 million.

GUIDANCE:

SmileDirectClub sees 2020 revenue of $1-1.1 billion, versus the consensus of $1.14 billion.

• Revenues are expected to be in the range of $1,000 million to $1,100 million, representing growth of 40% year-over-year at the mid-point of the range.
• Adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal year is expected between $(50) million to $(75) million.
