Chinese Internet stocks are on watch Friday after Alibaba (NYSE: BABA) offered to acquire Youku Tudou (NASDAQ: YOKU) for $26/ADS per share or a 27% premium to Thursday's close. Youku Tudou is considered 'China's YouTube.'
