Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 11, 2022, Paul Luongo, Chief Legal and Trust Officer of Fastly, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Luongo will continue to serve as Chief Legal and Trust Officer of the Company until May 16, 2022.
