Saratoga Investment (SAR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.4% to $0.43; 7.2% Yield

Saratoga Investment (NYSE: SAR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, or $1.72 annualized. This is a 2.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.42.

The dividend will be payable on April 22, 2021, to stockholders of record on April 8, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of April 7, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.2 percent.
