Arcimoto, Inc. (NASDAQ: FUV) 6.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.15), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $28.5 thousand versus the consensus estimate of $270 thousand.

Comstock Resources (NYSE: CRK) 6.5% LOWER; Block Said to Offer 9.8M Shares at $5.70 to $5.90 via Barclays - Bloomberg

Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) 4.4% HIGHER; announced it is entering into accelerated share repurchase (ASR) agreements to repurchase an aggregate of $10 billion of Intels common stock. Following completion of these agreements, Intel will have repurchased a total of approximately $17.6 billion in shares as part of the planned $20 billion share repurchases announced in October 2019.

Avantor, Inc. (NYSE: AVTR) 4.3% LOWER; announced that certain of its stockholders (the "Selling Stockholders"), including an affiliate of New Mountain Capital, LLC, intend to offer for sale in an underwritten secondary offering 38,500,000 shares of common stock of the Company pursuant to a registration statement filed by the Company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

International Game Technology PLC (NYSE: IGT) 4.3% HIGHER; signed a long-term sports betting technology agreement with leading U.S. casino operator Boyd Gaming Corporation.

Camping World (NYSE: CWH) 2.9% LOWER; Holder Crestview is Said to Offer 6M Share Block at $35-$35.50 via Morgan Stanley - Bloomberg

L Brands (NYSE: LB) 0.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.25, $0.67 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.42). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.32 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.21 billion. Reported a 63% rise in same-store sales.

NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) 0.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $2.18, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $1.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.87 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.65 billion. NVIDIA sees Q3 2021 revenue of $4.4 billion at mid-point, versus the consensus of $3.97 billion.
