Up until this point, Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) has been seen in the lead bidder to acquire TikTok's U.S. operations in a deal with the Trump admin. However, yesterday Trump put a possible wrench in those plans when he said the U.S. government wants to collect a fee on any deal.
