QTS Realty Trust (QTS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.3% to $0.44; 4% Yield

QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 7.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.41.

The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 20, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 19, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
