YY Group rebrands to YYForce, changes Nasdaq ticker to YFOR

YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH), a Singapore-based workforce management and integrated facility management company, announced it is rebranding to YYForce Inc. and changing its Nasdaq ticker symbol to "YFOR," effective September 2, 2026.

The company's Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol at the open of business on September 2, 2026. Until that date, shares will continue to trade under "YYGH." The company's ISIN number will remain unchanged, and existing shareholders are not required to take any action.

YY Group cancels $5.94M note tranche and all outstanding warrants

YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) announced it has entered into a Supplemental Agreement with the holder of its outstanding convertible promissory note, effective August 20, 2026, cancelling the second tranche of its convertible note offering and all outstanding warrants.

Under the agreement, the $5.94 million second tranche of convertible promissory notes, originally contemplated under a Securities Purchase Agreement dated February 27, 2026, will no longer be issued. The Supplemental Agreement also cancels 11,284 outstanding warrants to purchase Class A ordinary shares that were issued in connection with the first tranche, with no separate consideration paid for the cancellation.

YY Group launches logistics subsidiary, names managing director

YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) announced the incorporation of YY Logitech Pte. Ltd., a new subsidiary based in Singapore expected to focus on logistics, relocation, workforce solutions, and technology-enabled supply chain services, according to a press release.
