(NASDAQ: YMAT) received authorization from Taiwan's Central Bank to pursue financing for a proposed $60 million investment in a solid-state battery manufacturing facility in Baytown, Texas. The company announced the authorization was granted on May 26, 2026, allowing its subsidiary YMA Corporation to seek financing through designated Taiwanese banking institutions.
