Ximen Mining Corp. (TSXV: XIM) (FSE: 1XM) (OTC: XXMMF) has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $350,000 to fund ongoing operations at its Kenville Gold Mine near Nelson, British Columbia, while the company pursues longer-term non-dilutive financing for portal and mine development.

The offering consists of up to 4,375,000 units priced at $0.08 per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.12 for 18 months from issuance.
