EnBW deploys XCharge 480 kW fast chargers across Germany

EnBW, operator of Germany's largest fast-charging network, has begun deploying XCharge C7 480 kW high-power chargers across its nationwide network, according to a press release from XCHG Limited (Nasdaq: XCH).

The C7 chargers are now in operation at EnBW's headquarters in Karlsruhe and at the EnBW fast charging hub in Nettetal, near the Dutch border. The deployment follows a long-term partnership announced by EnBW and XCharge in February 2026, which was preceded by a field test of XCharge charging stations across tens of thousands of charging sessions.

XCHG Limited (NASDAQ: XCH), known as XCharge, announced it received written notification from Nasdaq on September 8, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1).

Nasdaq had notified the company on June 24, 2026, that its American Depositary Shares had closed below $1.00 per ADS for 30 consecutive business days, placing it out of compliance. The company was given 180 calendar days, until December 21, 2026, to resolve the deficiency.

XCHG Limited (NASDAQ: XCH), an EV charging solutions company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany and Austin, Texas, announced a change to the ratio of its American depositary shares to its Class A ordinary shares, according to a press release.
