Worthington Steel Inc. (NYSE: WS) completed its voluntary public takeover offer for Kloeckner & Co SE, securing approximately 62% of the German metal processing company's outstanding shares. The Columbus, Ohio-based metals processor announced it satisfied all closing conditions for the acquisition.

Worthington Steel now plans to launch a delisting tender offer for the remaining Kloeckner shares at EUR 11.00 per share in cash. The company stated the delisting would reduce administrative and regulatory obligations while providing greater flexibility for long-term strategic development.
