WISeKey reports 115% revenue rise in H1 2026, reaffirms FY outlook

WISeKey International Holding Ltd (Nasdaq: WKEY) reported preliminary unaudited revenue of approximately $11.4 million for the first half of 2026, representing a 115% increase compared to the same period in 2025, according to a press release issued July 13, 2026.

The company reported approximately $495 million in cash and short-term investments as of June 30, 2026, with no debt. WISeKey reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance of 50% to 100% revenue growth. The figures are preliminary and subject to completion of half-year closing procedures, with full results expected in September 2026.

WISeKey International Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: WKEY) announced that shareholders approved all agenda items at the company's 2026 Annual General Meeting, held June 29, 2026, in Geneva, Switzerland.

Shareholders approved all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors, including the Annual Report 2025, the discharge of the Board of Directors and Executive Management, and the appropriation of accumulated losses for fiscal year 2025.

WISeKey International Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: WKEY) announced that its WISeID subsidiary is positioned to benefit from government initiatives aimed at accelerating the migration to post-quantum cryptography (PQC), according to a company statement.

A reported draft U.S. Executive Order would require federal agencies to transition key establishment mechanisms to post-quantum standards by 2030 and digital signatures by 2031. WISeKey said WISeID's platform provides quantum-resilient identity, credential management, and authentication capabilities that can be integrated into existing infrastructures.

WISeSat.Space joins FOSSA Systems Series B financing round

WISeKey International Holding Ltd. (Nasdaq: WKEY) announced that its WISeSat.Space Corp. subsidiary has participated in a Series B financing round for FOSSA Systems, S.L., a Spain-based aerospace and defense company specializing in small-satellite development, launch, and operations for Low Earth Orbit communications and radio-frequency applications.

The investment builds on a partnership that began in 2021, when WISeKey first worked with FOSSA on small-satellite platforms for secure IoT communications from Low Earth Orbit. WISeSat.Space said it has gained access to 25 launched LEO satellites through partner-operated missions, with 8 currently in operation.

(Nasdaq: WKEY) announced the formation of Quantisimo Corp., a special purpose vehicle, which has signed a non-binding letter of intent with GigCapital8 Corp.
