WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. (NASDAQ: WiMi) has proposed a quantum convolutional neural network designed for classical data classification tasks, according to a company statement.

The system uses a hybrid quantum-classical architecture. Classical data is first mapped into quantum state space through an encoding strategy, then processed through alternating quantum convolutional layers and what the company calls "interaction layers" built on three-qubit interactions.
