Wilton Resources closes $565,000 private placement financing

Wilton Resources Inc. (TSXV: WIL) announced the closing of a non-brokered private placement, raising $565,000 in gross proceeds, according to a press release.

The company issued 2,260,000 units at $0.25 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable at $0.30 per common share for 24 months from the date of issuance.

The offering, first announced on August 18, 2026, had a minimum target of $250,000 and a maximum of $625,000. Proceeds are intended for general corporate purposes and as a reserve for the potential acquisition of an international oil and gas property.

Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - September 2, 2026) - Wilton Resources Inc. (TSXV: WIL) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the Corporation ("Units") for total aggregate gross proceeds of $565,000 (the "Offering"). The Offering was previously announced on August 18, 2026 and August 25, 2026, for minimum aggregate gross proceeds of $250,000 up to a maximum of $625,000. The principal use of the proceeds of the Offering will be for general corporate purposes and as a reserve to pursue the acquisition of an international oil and gas property.
