Boba Mint Holdings Ltd. (CSE: TNJ) (OTCQB: WERDF) announced Andrew Shore has been appointed as chief executive officer and director, replacing Rody Lazar who resigned from the CEO position.

Shore is a Toronto-based technology entrepreneur with experience in gaming, blockchain, and consumer digital products. He co-founded Drafters.com, which was acquired by SuperDraft, and founded Amino and Moon Poker. Shore entered the blockchain sector in 2020.
