K9 Gold Corp. (TSXV: KNC) announced a private placement offering of up to 4,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit, potentially raising up to $400,000.

Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. The warrants are exercisable at $0.15 per share for three years from the issuance date.

The company stated proceeds will fund general working capital and exploration activities. Company insiders may participate in the private placement.
