Vortex Energy agrees to buy Saskatchewan mineral permit for C$255,000

Vortex Energy Corp. (CSE: VRTX, OTC: VTECF, FSE: AA3) has signed an asset purchase agreement with Global Strategic Minerals Corp. to acquire the Meadows Project, a mineral permit located in west-central Saskatchewan near the Alberta border, according to a company statement.

The purchase price is C$255,000, payable in cash at closing. The transaction covers Saskatchewan Subsurface Mineral Permit #SMP273, all transferable technical information, and all transferable governmental authorizations related to the project. The deal is expected to close on or about October 1, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory and third-party approvals.
