Voyager Technologies to acquire Astrobotic Technology for $300 million

Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) announced it signed an agreement to acquire Astrobotic Technology, a Pittsburgh-based commercial lunar delivery company, for approximately $300 million including contingent consideration.

The transaction will be paid through a combination of cash and stock, with the deal expected to close by early July 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, according to the press release.

Astrobotic specializes in commercial lunar delivery, lunar power systems, and reusable rockets. The company was founded in 2007 as a Carnegie Mellon University spinout and has secured more than $600 million in NASA and Department of Defense contracts.
