RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT), a leading global provider of critical technologies and solutions to connect, manage and scale the mobility ecosystem, today announced that it was named one of Newsweek’s World’s Greenest Companies for 2026.

This is the first year the company was included on the selective list, following earlier recognition on Newsweek’s lists of America’s Greenest and Most Responsible Companies. Inclusion on the global list represents a higher level of international distinction, requiring Vontier’s operations to meet 25 rigorous EU sustainability criteria.

Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT) has completed the sale of a majority stake in Teletrac Navman, its global fleet management, telematics and asset management business, according to a press release.

The total transaction is valued at $220 million, with cash proceeds to Vontier of approximately $80 million. The divestiture was finalized on June 30, 2026.

Vontier said it completed $130 million in share repurchases during the second quarter, citing the anticipated proceeds and its stated capital allocation policy.

Financial results for Teletrac Navman had previously been reported within Vontier's Mobility Technologies segment and will be excluded from continuing operations as of the completion date.

As previously disclosed, the total transaction is valued at $220 million including cash proceeds to Vontier of approximately $80 million. In anticipation of these proceeds and consistent with its stated capital allocation policy, Vontier has completed share repurchases of $130 million during the second quarter.
