Viewbix Inc. (NASDAQ: VBIX) completed its acquisition of Quantum X Labs Ltd., a quantum technology company focused on quantum algorithms, navigation systems, and atomic clocks, according to a company statement.

The transaction, which closed March 4, 2026, transfers Quantum's intellectual property portfolio to Viewbix, including a patent for AI-Quantum Error Correction technology. Quantum develops solutions for quantum-based navigation systems, atomic clocks, quantum algorithms for transportation and drug discovery sectors, and quantum error correction technologies.

Viewbix Inc. (NASDAQ: VBIX) announced that Quantum Transportation Ltd., a subsidiary of Quantum X Labs which Viewbix is acquiring, completed a cloud implementation milestone for its transformer-based quantum decoder program.

Quantum Transportation implemented its neural decoder on Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure, establishing the framework to process quantum data at scale for noisy intermediate-scale quantum devices.
