Great Estate Blockchain, Inc. (OTC Pink: VAYK) has terminated its acquisition agreement for a 50.1% ownership interest in a home engineering business, resulting in a divestiture that removes the source of most of the company's revenue.

The home engineering business generated more than $2.0 million in revenue during 2025, accounting for the majority of VAYK's approximately $2.0 million in total revenue that year. The termination was triggered by a valuation adjustment mechanism in the original acquisition agreement, which was designed to activate once the acquired business exceeded $1.5 million in annual revenue.
