Linkage Global receives NASDAQ notice on minimum bid price requirement

Linkage Global Inc. (NASDAQ: UZX) received notification from NASDAQ on June 3 stating the company no longer meets the minimum bid price requirement of $1 per share for continued listing. The cross-border e-commerce services provider's Class A ordinary shares closed below the threshold for 30 consecutive business days.

The notification does not immediately affect trading of the company's shares, which continue to trade on NASDAQ under the UZX symbol. NASDAQ provided Linkage Global with 180 calendar days until November 30, 2026, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under listing rule 5550(a)(2).
