TVS Motor names Peyman Kargar as CEO, effective January 2027

TVS Motor Company (BSE: 532343, NSE: TVSMOTOR) announced the appointment of Peyman Kargar as Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 27, 2027.

Kargar currently serves as President of International Business at TVS Motor Company. He brings more than three decades of automotive leadership experience across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Under his oversight, the International Business division grew to account for 29% of the company's total sales volume, with a growth rate of 33%.

Incumbent CEO K. N. Radhakrishnan will remain in his role until the transition date to ensure continuity, after which he will serve as Non-Executive Director
