Tintina Mines names Juan Enrique Rassmuss CEO, adds Stefan Jochum to board

Tintina Mines Limited (TSXV: TTS) appointed Juan Enrique Rassmuss as chief executive officer, effective August 27, 2025. Rassmuss, who has served as interim CEO since February 26, 2025, replaces Eugenio Ferrari, who resigned from his positions as director and CEO due to medical reasons.

The Toronto-based mining company also named Stefan Jochum as a director, effective the same date. Jochum, 46, brings more than 20 years of finance industry experience and currently serves as chairman of Invercap S.A., the controlling shareholder of CAP S.A., Chile's iron ore and pellets producer.

Tintina Mines Limited (TSXV: TTS) appointed Juan Enrique Rassmuss as chief executive officer, replacing Eugenio Ferrari who resigned due to medical reasons effective August 27, according to a company statement.

Rassmuss had served as interim CEO since February 26 and currently holds the positions of director, president and chairman at the Toronto-based mining company.

The company also appointed Stefan Jochum as a director effective August 27. Jochum, 46, brings more than 20 years of finance industry experience and currently serves as chairman of Invercap S.A., the controlling shareholder of Chilean iron ore producer CAP S.A.
