Tactical Resources Corp. (NASDAQ: TREO) confirmed that a four-for-one consolidation of its common shares has become effective, with shares set to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on August 20, 2026, under the ticker symbol "TREO."

The consolidation follows the completion of the company's business combination with Plum Acquisition Corp. III. Following the consolidation, Tactical Resources has approximately 13,612,034 common shares outstanding.
