TinOne Resources closes $300,000 private placement financing

TinOne Resources Inc. (TSXV: TORC) announced it closed a non-brokered private placement financing that raised gross proceeds of $300,000. The Canadian mining company issued 6,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional shares at C$0.065 until September 2, 2030.

The company paid C$5,580 in finder's fees and issued 111,600 finder's warrants to eligible finders. These finder's warrants enable the purchase of shares at $0.065 each until September 2, 2028.

TinOne Resources Inc. (TSXV: TORC) (OTCQB: TORCF) (FSE: 57Z0) has revised the pricing of its non-brokered private placement from the terms initially announced July 24, 2025.

The Vancouver-based company now offers up to 4,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit, targeting gross proceeds of up to $200,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant allowing the purchase of an additional common share at C$0.06 for five years following the closing date.

The company may pay finder's fees up to 6% in cash and 6% in finder's warrants to eligible finders in connection with the offering.

(TSXV: TORC) (OTCQB: TORCF) ("TinOne" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has completed the confirmatory RC drill program at its Great Pyramid Tin (Sn) Project ("Great Pyramid" or the "Project") located in the tier one mining jurisdiction of Tasmania, Australia.

The focussed 7-hole drill program was successful in demonstrating that significant tin mineralization occurs from surface and that previous drilling and modeling may be understated.
