Trinity One Metals applies to rename itself Trinity Silver Corp.

Trinity One Metals Ltd. (TSXV: TOM) has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to change its name to Trinity Silver Corp., according to a press release from the Vancouver-based company.

The company stated the name change reflects its focus on silver exploration and development in Latin America, including the Nueva Chañarcillo Silver Project in Chile and the Silver-1 Project in Ecuador.

Following the name change, the company's common shares are expected to continue trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the existing ticker symbol TOM. The company said shareholders are not required to take any action, as their holdings will be automatically
