Touchmark Bancshares approves share buyback program and leadership changes

Touchmark Bancshares, Inc. (OTCPINK: TMAK) announced its board has approved a stock repurchase program authorizing the company to buy back up to 200,000 shares of outstanding common stock through May 26, 2027.

The Alpharetta, Georgia-based bank holding company also reported that shareholders at its annual meeting on May 27 reelected Meena Shah and Dinesh Raju to serve three-year board terms.

The company named Bobby Krimmel as president and chief executive officer for both Touchmark Bancshares and its subsidiary Touchmark National Bank. Dr. J.J. Shah will continue as chairman.

The share repurchases may occur in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions. The

(OTCID: TMAK), the holding company for Touchmark National Bank, today announced its Board of Directors has approved a new stock repurchase program authorizing the Company to repurchase up to 200,000 shares of its outstanding common stock in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions until May 26, 2027, unless extended or otherwise terminated.
