Ten-League regains NASDAQ bid price compliance after hearing

Ten-League International Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: TLIH) received notification from NASDAQ on May 26 that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share under listing rules.

The Singapore-based provider of turnkey project solutions remains subject to a Mandatory Panel Monitor through May 25, 2027. If the company fails to maintain a closing bid price of $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days during this monitoring period, NASDAQ will issue a delist determination without providing the standard grace period.
