THEON invests $3 million in AI firm Twin Prime for joint venture

THEON International Plc (AMS: THEON) announced a $3 million strategic investment in Twin Prime, a US-based artificial intelligence laboratory focused on defense and security applications. The companies plan to establish a joint venture to integrate AI models into THEON's product portfolio.

Under the agreement, THEON will acquire a single-digit minority equity stake in Twin Prime. The joint venture will be owned 60% by THEON and 40% by Twin Prime, with incorporation planned in Greece. The partnership aims to develop and deploy AI solutions using Twin Prime's proprietary platform.
