Tesoro Minerals closes C$1M private placement for Peru exploration

Tesoro Minerals Corp. (TSXV: TES) has closed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 10,000,000 common shares at C$0.10 per share for gross proceeds of C$1,000,000, according to a company statement.

The offering was initially announced on September 3, 2026, targeting up to C$600,000. It was subsequently increased to C$750,000 on September 14, 2026, and raised again to C$1,000,000 the same day, citing investor demand.

Tesoro paid cash finder's fees of C$44,100 to Haywood Securities Inc., representing 6% of gross proceeds from subscribers introduced by Haywood.
