ProAmpac completes acquisition of TC Transcontinental Packaging

ProAmpac announced the completion of its acquisition of TC Transcontinental Packaging from TC Transcontinental (TSX: TCL.A TCL.B), according to a company statement.

The acquisition combines TC Transcontinental Packaging's manufacturing capabilities with ProAmpac's flexible packaging operations. TC Transcontinental Packaging operates as a North American flexible packaging solutions provider.
