OceanPal Inc. (NASDAQ: SVRN) received a delinquency notification from Nasdaq on May 19, 2026, regarding the company's failure to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, according to a company statement.

The notification does not immediately affect the listing or trading of OceanPal's common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company has 60 calendar days from receipt of the notice, until July 20, 2026, to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq.

If Nasdaq accepts the company's plan, the exchange may grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the Form 20-F's
