Sun Peak Metals Corp. (TSXV: PEAK)(OTCQB: SUNPF) has increased its non-brokered private placement offering to $10,000,000 in gross proceeds, up from the $5,000,000 announced on September 17, 2026, citing strong investor demand.

Under the revised terms, the offering consists of up to 25,000,000 units priced at $0.40 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Sun Peak Metals Corp. (TSXV: PEAK)(OTCQB: SUNPF) announced a non-brokered private placement offering of up to $5,000,000 through the issuance of up to 12,500,000 units priced at $0.40 per unit.
