Sun Communities, Inc. (NYSE: SUI) has completed the sale of its UK assets, including the Park Holidays business, to Panther Bidco Limited, an affiliate of Aermont Capital, in an all-cash transaction.

The real estate investment trust received net cash consideration of approximately $1.03 billion at closing, after customary locked-box adjustments and transaction costs. The company said proceeds are expected to be used primarily to repurchase shares, pay down debt, and for general corporate purposes.

Year-to-date through Sept. 21, 2026, Sun Communities repurchased approximately 3.5 million shares of its common stock for an aggregate amount of approximately $425 million.
