SOL Strategies Inc. (NASDAQ: STKE) completed its acquisition of HoudiniSwap LLC on June 1, 2026, for $18 million in cash and common shares, according to a company statement.

The Toronto-based digital asset infrastructure company acquired the privacy-focused cross-chain swap aggregator, which has processed $2.5 billion in cumulative swap volume and generated $13 million in revenue in 2025. Houdini maintains integrations with 32 exchange partners and operates across more than 100 blockchain networks.

SOL Strategies Inc. (CSE: HODL) (NASDAQ: STKE) completed its acquisition of HoudiniSwap LLC for $18 million, the company announced. The purchase price includes $7 million in cash and $4 million in common shares, with additional payments scheduled through December 2027.

SOL Strategies Inc. (CSE: HODL) (NASDAQ: STKE) appointed Jon Matonis as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective May 11, 2026, according to a company statement. Matonis resigned from his role as Chief Economist on May 12, 2026.
