NXG Cushing fund to rename and broaden investment policy

The NXG Cushing® Midstream Energy Fund (NYSE: SRV) announced that its Board of Trustees approved a name change and revisions to the fund's non-fundamental investment policies, according to a press release.

Effective December 18, 2026, the fund will be renamed The NXG Cushing® Energy Infrastructure Fund. The NYSE ticker symbol SRV and the CUSIP number 231631300 will remain unchanged.

Along with the name change, the fund's investment policy will shift. The current requirement to invest at least 80% of net assets in midstream energy investments will be replaced by a requirement to invest at least 80% of net assets in energy infrastructure

DALLAS, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The NXG Cushing^® Midstream Energy Fund (NYSE: SRV) (the "Fund") today announced that the Fund's Board of Trustees (the "Board") approved certain changes to the name of the Fund and the Fund's non-fundamental investment policies.

Effective December 18, 2026, the Fund's name will be The NXG Cushing^® Energy Infrastructure Fund.

NXG Cushing Midstream Energy Fund launches at-market share offering

NXG Cushing Midstream Energy Fund (NYSE: SRV) entered into a distribution agreement with Foreside Fund Services, LLC on July 10, 2026, allowing the fund to offer and sell up to 1,500,000 common shares through an at-the-market offering.

The common shares carry a par value of $0.001 per share. Under the terms of the agreement, shares may not be sold below the then-current net asset value per common share, plus any per-share commission owed to the distributor.

Foreside Fund Services entered into a sub-placement agent agreement with UBS Securities LLC, also dated July 10, 2026, to assist in placing shares under the distribution
