Sopra Steria (Euronext Paris: SOP) has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire the Manufacturing Engineering business from Daher Industrial Services, a subsidiary of Group Daher, according to a company statement.

The target business employs over 360 people, primarily in France, and generated revenue exceeding €42 million in 2025. The unit focuses on aerospace manufacturing processes, including pre-production preparation and production ramp-up support. Airbus represents its primary client, with the partnership dating back to 1995.

Daher Industrial Services Manufacturing Engineering specializes in two core aerospace manufacturing activities: preparatory pre-production work conducted at key manufacturing lifecycle stages and support for production scaling and efficiency improvements.
