Sharon AI Inc., an Australian cloud computing company, announced the appointment of Drew Kelton to its board of directors. The company described itself as Australia's leading "Neocloud" provider focused on artificial intelligence and cloud GPU compute infrastructure.

Kelton brings 40 years of experience in information and communications technology, having held senior positions across the UK, Europe, India, Australasia and the United States.
