Selkirk Copper Mines Inc. (TSXV: SCMI) announced results from its Phase 1 drill program and progress on Phase 2 drilling at the Minto Project in Yukon, Canada, according to a press release.

Selkirk Copper Mines Inc. (TSXV: SCMI) announced the discovery of a new mineralized zone called the 117 Lens and commenced a Phase 2 drill program targeting up to 50,000 metres at its Minto Mine in Yukon, Canada.

The 117 Lens was discovered beneath a previously mined open pit and returned initial results including 1.27% copper, 0.89 g/t gold, and 5.91 g/t silver over 12.6 metres within a broader interval of 0.58% copper equivalent over 86.8 metres. The mineralized zone extends over an area of 250 by 200 metres and is located within 200 metres of previous underground development.

Selkirk Copper Mines Inc. (TSXV: SCMI) completed a private placement raising C$35 million through the sale of common shares and flow-through shares, according to a company statement.

The offering consisted of 23,914,000 common shares priced at C$1.15 each, generating C$27.5 million, and 4,412,000 flow-through shares at C$1.70 per share for C$7.5 million. Selkirk Copper Mines Inc. (TSXV: SCMI) announced that Selkirk First Nation will exercise its anti-dilution provision to purchase 435,000 common shares for C$500,250, or C$1.15 per share.

The purchase is separate from and in addition to a previously announced C$30 million private placement led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. The shares will be priced at the same rate as those in the private placement.

The investment stems from Selkirk First Nation's pro-rata equity participation rights under an agreement with the company from August 2025. Selkirk First Nation indirectly holds a controlling equity stake in Selkirk Copper.
