Scottie Resources Corp. (TSXV: SCOT) (OTCQB: SCTSF) (FSE: SR80) has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, issuing 823,369 shares at prices of C$2.90 per common share and C$3.10 per flow-through share, raising gross proceeds of C$2,413,443.90.

The second tranche included 128,369 flow-through shares. The company paid C$103,530.00 in cash finder's fees and issued 35,700 finder's warrants, each exercisable at C$2.90 per share for 24 months, expiring October 22, 2028.

In total, the non-brokered offering raised C$14,921,111.80 through the issuance of 322,581 flow-through shares and 4,800,383 common shares. Combined with a brokered offering that closed October 9, 2026,
