The analyst comments "SAIC has long been a cost control story converting strong FCF, but it's nice to see a surprise +5% org growth result in FQ2. Science Applications International Corp. (NASDAQ: SAIC) announced the appointment of David Benson and David Cush to its board of directors, effective immediately, according to a company statement.

Both new directors will serve on the Audit Committee. Benson will also join the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, while Cush will serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. The additions bring the board to 12 members.

Benson most recently served as President of Fannie Mae from 2018 to 2024, overseeing more than $25 billion in annual revenue and approximately 8,000 employees. During a tenure at Fannie Mae that began in 2002, he held
