Royal Road Minerals Limited (TSXV: RYR) has completed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 5,000,000 ordinary shares at C$0.20 per share for gross proceeds of C$1,000,000, according to a press release.

The offering was completed on the same terms as a brokered private placement the company finished on July 28, 2026. The company said the additional offering was pursued to accommodate demand from an existing institutional shareholder.

Securities issued under the placement are subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance. The company said proceeds will be used to expand drilling programs across its properties

Royal Road Minerals Limited (TSXV: RYR) announced a non-brokered private placement of 5,000,000 ordinary shares at C$0.20 per share, raising gross proceeds of C$1,000,000 from an existing institutional shareholder.
