Richtech Robotics (NASDAQ: RR) plans to debut a new AI-driven Pallet Jack robot at Automate 2026 in Chicago, the company announced in a press release dated June 16, 2026.

Richtech Robotics completes $21.2 million Las Vegas warehouse acquisition

Richtech Robotics Inc. (NASDAQ: RR) completed the acquisition of a 79,325 square foot warehouse facility in Las Vegas for approximately $21.2 million, according to a company statement. The transaction, initially announced on April 1, 2026, closed on May 29, 2026.

The Nevada-based robotics company said the facility will support GPU-enabled computing, robotics data collection, and World Action Model training capabilities. The warehouse includes space for future compute capacity expansion.

"Building on our strong existing presence in the Las Vegas region, we have further solidified our commitment to our U.S. asset strategy through this acquisition," said CEO Wayne Huang in the statement.
