American Securities LLC completed the sale of MW Components to Rosebank Industries plc (LON: ROSE) in a transaction valued at approximately $950 million, according to a company statement.

MW Components, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, manufactures specialty fasteners, springs, and precision metal components for aerospace, defense, electronics, semiconductors, medical, energy, and agriculture sectors. The company serves over 14,000 customers through 24 manufacturing facilities across the United States and employs more than 1,750 people.

American Securities acquired MW Components in 2017. During the ownership period, the company completed nine strategic acquisitions and expanded into aerospace, defense, electronics, and semiconductors markets. MW Components developed
