ROC completes acquisition of ZTC to expand digital forensics

Rank One Computing Corporation (Nasdaq: ROC), known as ROC, announced the completion of its acquisition of Zuccaro Technical Consulting LLC (ZTC), which now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of ROC, according to a press release dated Sept. 1, 2026.

The acquisition adds ZTC's digital forensics capabilities to ROC's existing ROC Evidence platform, which focuses on digital evidence management. ROC said the combined offering is intended to create an end-to-end investigative intelligence solution covering evidence collection, forensic analysis, prosecution, litigation, and e-discovery.
